Normally I don't like calling I.T. type places, because it can be awkward and quiet while they remote in and diagnosis the issue. The Engineer that helped me was extremely nice and made the whole experience better. He had a great personality and CS skills, along with quickly diagnosing my issue, and ensuring it was resolved and taken care of.

I was helped, successfully, right away. I let them know one out of the two links didn't work, just in case they needed to know. And I got a "thanks for the heads up" response. It's small but that's customer service right there. Even if what I pointed out didn't matter. I'm sure in Tech a lot of personalities don't have the catering/affirming/nurturing aspects of customer service. But it's easy to learn and makes all the difference.
Of the tech team I have had experience with so far to fix a couple issues with my remote connection, Chris and Matt H, both exhibited wonderful customer service and the knowledge to be able to fix the issues at hand. Thanks guys!
